The Mission of the Wenk Family Charitable Foundation is to enrich the lives of children and animals who are compromised by physical, emotional, or mental disabilities or at risk by circumstance.
The Wenk Family Charitable Foundation is an independent family foundation dedicated to providing support and/or leadership for programs, initiatives and communities that encourage and promote the emotional, physical and mental health of youth and animals.
The Wenk Family Charitable Foundation will develop and/or support initiatives that improve the quality of life for youth, especially those that incorporate an appreciation of the arts, animals and nature.
"Pawsitive Steps” is a program established in July 2018 by the Wenk Family Charitable Foundation in cooperation with Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Correctional Facility and Rescue Village, an animal welfare agency in Geauga County (near Cleveland, Ohio). Pawsitive Steps enables ‘at promise’ youth to work with ‘at promise' animals.
